Mechanical Testing
Tensile, hardness, compression and fatigue testing.
Material Analysis
Spectrometer analysis of chemical composition.
Surface Testing
Salt-spray corrosion and coating thickness tests.
Certifications & Standards
Products are manufactured to DIN, JIS, GB/T, ASTM, EN and customer specifications. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TUV) is welcome and can be arranged before shipment.
Certifications: ISO 9001 — certificate no. 626024QH073R1 (issued by Kaixin Certification; certificate renewed September 2025). CRCC railway product certification — CRCC10219P11758R2M, valid until 2027-11-25, assessed to TB/T 2211-2016. Bureau Veritas-audited supplier — audit report no. MIC-ASR2451820 (audited 2024-10-29).
